Fundraiser Guidelines

1- Every student receives a FREE order form with a QR code for optional online ordering .

​

2- Orders can be taken with the order form or placed online using the QR code. Share with        family, friends, co-workers, & church members.​

​​

3- Recommended duration of fundraiser is 2 weeks. Delivery time is 3 weeks after we              receive your order forms.

4- Shirt sizes are Youth Small through Adult X-Large sells for $20.00 each, and 2X-5X $25.00      each. Caps sell for $35.00 and cutting boards sell for $30.00. Your school profits $8.00 for      each item sold.

5- Snapback cap sizing: One size fit all, based on 7 1/4 -7 3/4.  Material content: 85/15              cotton/nylon, performance cotton.  Cap logo is made of PVC.

    Cap colors: Navy Blue/White and Cardinal Red/White

6- Wood cutting board is made of Cherry, Mahogany, and Walnut woods. Cutting boards are      shrink wrapped and includes care instructions.

7- T-shirts are available only in the colors and sizes that appear on the order form.

    Auburn t-shirt colors: Orange, Navy Blue and Dark Gray Heather.
    Alabama t-shirt colors: Cardinal Red, Black and Dark Gray Heather.

8- T-shirts are short sleeve 100% pre-shrunk cotton.

9- Below is a breakdown of what each symbol means on the online order form:

 

Sizes: (Y = Youth, A = Adult)
